Redeemed BP points for coupon codes do not work.

Hello, I redeemed my BP points for bitspower TW store coupons, however when I attempt to use these coupons I get this error message: Warning: Coupon is either invalid, expired or reached its usage limit!

Please note that one coupon can be used for every purchase over NT$3,000,
with a limit of one coupon per order.
