Asus Tuf 5090 block in & out ports

Question

On the Ausu TUF 5090 block the "in" port is on the left side of the inlet, Does it matter if the coolant goes in from the "out" port?

Since the 5090 is new design,
So it is matter with port is used as the inlet and outlet on ASUS TUF 5090 block.
Please follow the installation guide.
If they are swapped, there may be a temperature difference of about 3–4°C.
