Hecules Pump

Question

Hi i have two hecules ddc pump and seems the pump cannot go below 2200 rpm
If i drop the speed to below 2200 rpm the pump stops running.
I try with voltage controller and bios setting also on the motherboard nothing works.
Seem the pump cannot go below 2200 rpm.

So why is that ?

Dear Customer,

To avoid the pump stopping and causing damage to the hardware,
the minimum pump speed is fixed at 2200 RPM.
