Bitspower Touchaqua Controller not responding to remote

I just purchased a BPTA-RFCHUB. The  controller is not receiving signal from the remote. The remote light indicates I have pressed a button but the controller does not reflect the change. The installation guide tells me if this happens the controller is not functioning correctly and should be replaced

Would you send us a photo or video to show the problem? And please send us the receipt too.
How did you connect the cables to the hub?
Or would you try to exchange the battery of the remote?
