What are the inlet/outlet ports of the PH518?

Question

Can you post a picture of the ph518 reservoir/plate/pump that shows the ports? Every picture I find ****** is of the "front" so I can't see the positions of the ports on the back.

Sorry that we don't have the back side picture of the PH518 plate.
