I’m looking into fractional ownership as a way to own a share of a premium holiday home in India without paying for the whole property. Platforms like BRIKitt (https://brikitt.com/) let people co-own a home, earn rental income, and book stays.

I’d like to understand a few things:

How do returns and rental income usually work?
What should I check before investing (legal ownership, exit options, management)?
Is it better than buying a whole property or investing in other assets?

Would love to hear from anyone with experience.

Fractional ownership can make holiday homes more accessible, but rental income, maintenance costs, resale options, and legal agreements deserve careful attention. The numbers and ownership terms matter more than the promised returns. http://characterconverter.com
