Is the Bitspower Titan One Mini compatible with RTX 4070 GPU?

I am planning to upgrade my GPU to RTX 4070 and want to confirm whether it will fit properly in the Bitspower Titan One Mini case. Also, are there any specific water blocks required for installation?
